Many customers ask us if we could add lights to KCCE  inflatable TPU tents, so that the KCCE inflatable advertising tents will look more beautiful and attractive. We know that many suppliers in the market have added LED lights to the inside of the inflatable tent leg TPU bladder at the request of customers, but we have heard that the risk of air leakage in the inflatable TPU  tent tubes with LED lights is very high. We are not sure if this is true, or whether the customer actually had such a problem after purchasing from another factory who made the inflatable TPU tent with LED lights . Therefore, we made our own inflatable TPU tent tubes with lights. We tested it and found that factories that can add lights to the inflatable TPU tent of inflatable tents did take it seriously, but we didn’t think it was necessary.1. Inflatable TPU tent tubes with LED lights, there must be friction between the light and the TPU bladder. Whether it is adding an LED light strip to the TPU or adding a light strip between the tube cover fabric and the TPU bladder, there will be friction, and If only add LED bulbs to the bottom of the tubes of the inflatable TPU tent, the lighting will not be even, only the bottom will be brighter and the top of the tubes will be darker.2. Both the light strip and the bulb will heat up, which will accelerate the oxidation of TPU and tube cover fabric3. During packaging or transportation, if the LED light strip or bulb is damaged, it will increase the difficulty of replacement. The biggest advantage of this inflatable TPU tent is easy operation and replacement So we made the samples, analyzed them, and finally decided not to produce tent tubes with LED lights. If lighting is necessary, we recommend that customers purchase our LED panel lights, or customers can purchase ordinary lighting lights to hang on the top of the inflatable TPU tent, but the weight should not exceed 3KG.

The role of the inflatable bucket/barrel  is to add weight to the tent,Generally, a tent needs to be equipped with 4 inflatable buckets/ barrels.as long as it is filled with water after inflation, the capacity is 6L, and the weight after weighting is 8KG.In addition, the bucket/barrel is made of PVC tarpaulin and TPU bladder, which can bear a weight of less than 200KG, so it can also be used as a stool.The storage of the inflatable bucket is very simple. It can be used when it is inflated. After adding water, it can be seated. It can be connected to the tent with a D button to fix the tent. After deflating, fold it and take it away.Of course, this product can not only fix or increase the weight of our tents, but also apply to aluminum frame tents and all inflatable tents of KCCE.In addition, many customers also use it as an advertising chair, because the jacket can print advertisements. The customer  wanted to  sell KCCE  inflatable advertising tent for auto vehicle, but they are not familiar with the product.  So we took a video step by step to explain to him.In order to make the video more beautiful, we chose to shoot outdoors. KCCE tent roof and frame is in a bigger package, clients do not need to assemble roof and frame. all the accessories for anchoring are included. it is really easy to assemble a KCCE inflatable tent.when you take out the packed KCCE inflatable tent roof and frame, it is a small package, many clients did not know how to pack them as small as we did, we think there are some skills . we will show it in following posts.stretch out the KCCE tent roof , make it as flat as possible to avoid twisting.when the KCCE inflatable roof tent is ready, check out all the valves and overpressure valves, black valves are from inflatation, over presssure valves are for air leaking, so the black valves should be open to inflate, the red or yellow over pressure valves are closed, when the air pressure .When the air pressure reaches the maximum value of the safety valve, the safety valve will leak, so the tent will not explode. KCCE inflatable tent 4 inflation system type, each tube is separated from others, just inflate one tube first then others step by step, make sure the valves are closed tightly. usually we will test at least 24 hours to check if the tent is in good tightness condition.After the first tent leg is inflated, the leg facing it should be inflated immediately so that the tent leg can find a support point.When there are 3 tubes full with air, someone should lift up the tent center to make sure the last tube can get air in smoothly.when the 4 tubes are inflated with air, the tent can stand up itself, stop inflating.
